How do you get the control panel to light up and stay on so the settings can be adjusted? I have the H01- 1107A model. Not currently impressed with this. Help!

I love my Zeny. People with $100 and $200 machines have all kinds of complaints. I got mine in June and use it constantly and have not had any problems. EXCEPT for no recipes for it. I know each one is a little different, so I really need recipes for yours. I don’t see a model number, but SKU-H01-1120A appears on the front of the instruction manual. What size is this? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can give me.
